Our programmes are aimed at long term development and last several months. Your kayaking will be progressed through a series of individualise weekend sessions, each dealing with different aspects of your paddling. Generally there will be one session per month, so that you have plenty of time to practice between sessions. Each session will aim to use a different river, where possible. Ratios are kept low so that you have lots of time to practice and be coached.
