Rescue Emergency Care (REC) 2-day outdoor first aid course. The course is run over two consecutive days and will validate all outdoor NGBs including MIA, MIC, ML, SPA, BC, BCA, TCL, MB. It is also suitable for DofE Leaders, Scout Leaders, Youth Workers, National Park Rangers or anyone working or simply enjoying the outdoors for leisure.
